we have started we will mention some skills that help you to say the truth and be honest

Skills of telling the truth

1)Select the right time to talk with your spouse and know that you  are doing this just to
save your marriage

   
2)When you are telling try to show how important is your spouse to you
and say that you are telling him because you love him and you want  your marriage relation
to be clear
   
3) Of course apology should be included in your delivery

4) The fewer sentences and keeping it short as much as you can, will be better

5) Don’t ever think that your spouse should accept the truth with open arm.

So try not to defend yourself and just listen, by this he will fell that you regretted doing this

And make sure that he will appreciate this and he will forgive you sooner or later
